How to use this tool
Paste a list of gaps, ideally from the NIS2 readiness self-assessment. The planner groups them into a 30/60/90-day roadmap, proposes an owner role and effort level for each action, and lists the evidence an auditor would expect. It will not claim that you are compliant. Review the plan with your security lead and management.
Worked example
The sample gaps become: days 1-30 enforce MFA on admin accounts and write the incident reporting procedure; days 31-60 run a restore test; days 61-90 build the supplier register, each with the evidence to keep.

Does the plan make me NIS2 compliant?
No. It helps you organise remediation. Compliance depends on your national law, your actual controls and supervisory assessment.
What should I avoid pasting?
Credentials, internal IP plans and customer data. Secrets are masked automatically, but paste only what is needed.
Can I use it without the self-assessment?
Yes. Any list of security gaps or audit findings works.
